Jenerik Eplerenone - Inspra, Aldactone, Frumil, Ilosone, Itraconazole, Nizoral, Yasmin

Eplerenon, vücutta aldosteron hormonunun etkilerini önlemek için kullanılır. Aldosteron, kan basıncının düzenlenmesinde önemli rol oynar. Eplerenon, kalp krizinden sonra konjestif kalp yetmezliğinin tedavisinde kullanılır. Eplerenon aynı zamanda yüksek tansiyonun (hipertansiyon) tedavisinde kullanılır.

Aldactone jenerik ilaç, konjestif kalp yetmezliği, siroz veya renal problemler (nefrotik sendrom) olan hastalarda şişme veya vücutta fazla sıvı miktarı olması durumunda kullanılır. Ayrıca, hipertansiyon tedavisinde kullanılır. Kandaki potasyum düşüklüğünü tedavi etmek veya önlemek amacıyla da kullanılabilir.
